I am sharing a list of freelance projects websites. All you need is a computer with internet connection and obviously you need to have few skills to find work on these websites. If you are good at programming quickly, can design, can write content then you are likely to get success through these websites

Have you used any of the sites above? Which one do you think is the best?
I currently use RentACoder, I think they have the best system setup there. The escrow system is very good, it protects both buyer and coder.
I have tried GetAFreelancer, but the very first job I got was a total bust. I finished 75% of the work and the buyer stopped answering, I got no replies from him ever again. Of course, he kept the files and probably used them.

Yeah, I’m on most of these sites, currently using odesk as a buyer.

^ sure getafreelancer is a total crap , getafreelancer is good for bidders with reviews over 15 and if you are a beginer i think its very hard to find a project there , on other hand Odesk is superb working there is like a charm you get payments on hourly basis , messaging system is very secure , easy and money withdrawl is quick compared to other websites .
getacoder also gets some some good projects posted i get 20% of my freelance work from getacoder , it old , simple and light , but payments withdrawls ( if you arent a gold member ) is but pain in a55 as it takes 20 days to withdraw from there

Among your Suggestion i am using three freelancing Site.
first one http://www.rentacoder.com it’s good site but very to much strict on a rules.But it’s more Secure then Other Site.
Second one is http://www.getafreelancer.com It’s rocking site for a free lancer.It’s have no 1 ranking in India.
third one is http://www.guru.com Very large scale project comes on this site so if u have big team then this site is good for you.

im using few of them like rentacoder.com which is more secure. similarly i m using getacoder.com and getafreelancer.com. both are good but i didnt know rest of the sites. have you used these sites please give me a vaugue idea about which one is good and secure in the rest of the sites. i tried myself a bit more sites which are similar to getacoder and getafreelancer.

well rentacoder.com was the best few years back but now rentacoder is so much overcrowded and its not easy to get some good projects there for fair price. If you visit other websites, you would see that there are so much easy projects but in RAC case all the projects are so much technical and mostly posted of other software houses not willing to pay even 10% of the worthit price

nice collection of free lancer sites man, i am interesting in doing jobs in RAC – rentacoder.com – so i would like to say the freelancer is a good way to make money in spare times and employs your computer skills.

Paul, I agree with you. Among the above mentioned freelancing sites, rentacoder is i think the best one. The reason is that they have a very good setup as well as you get high budget projects. I have used the Odesk, no doubt they have a very good setup too but the projects are very low budget and it takes much longer time to get your first job if you’re a new freelancer and have got no ratings yet.
