Freelancing is still a new concept for lot of people and they don't know much about it. I would like to add something to your post which i think should have been mentioned in the Cons section:- If you decide to work as a freelancer, there are some days/months when their is plenty of work and projects and there are some instances when you have no work/project to do. Freelancing is all about patience/activeness. This is really a nice post about Pros and Cons of working as a freelancer.
