Among open source content management systems (CMSs), joomla is my favourite because of its flexibility and ease to use.

Well it would have been great if you could write this information in a bit elaborated form. Anyhow useful information. I have a piece of information that might be useful for you and fellow readers. Its firebug plugin for Firefox. Its web development evolved for sure.

thank you man for that post, i’m very enthusiast of open source because it has too many benefits like reliability, stability, auditability – it means ability to edit by user to check it out of security and backdoor .. etc. – flexibility, freedom, and many of them are free of charge.. :)

I’ve read a news a few weeks ago, about some city in Spain, where the city hall is switching from Windows and other proprietary software to open source operating systems and programs.
I think it’s a great ideea, sometimes open source software is way much better than closed source proprietary programs.
There’s also, some cities in France who have done this swith quite some time ago, with excellent results.
