Payoneer has come up with a solution by offering users with a new Choice bank cards for transactions in Pakistan.  Existing users will find a link in their account to order for a new card. The new card will require verification as well.

I had applied for a new card earlier through elance and this was the email i got from payoneer.

To comply with the new regulations Payoneer requires a copy of your government photo ID. Please use the same ID that you provided during the registration process.

Few days back i also received this email from Payoneer.

The new card will be shipped to you within a few days, without any shipping charges or Activation fee.

Order your card within the next 30 days. You can use your current card until you get the new card. Your existing card will be closed within 2 months.

Once you received the new card and activated it, Funds and services associated with your existing card will be transferred automatically to the new card.
